I'm not technical — will I keep up?
These sessions are designed for exactly that. We go at your pace, I screen-share so you can see what I'm doing, and you get a written follow-up so you don't have to remember it all in real time.
What if my issue isn't on the topics list?
If it's something I can help with in 60–90 minutes, we can book it in. Email me a one-line description and I'll confirm whether a Quick Fix or a Get Sorted session is the right fit.
I'm already a retainer client — do these apply to me?
Short chats about login trouble or email access are still covered under your retainer as they always have been. Get Sorted Sessions are for the bigger setup and clean-up work that sits just beyond that — full password manager rollouts, email reconfigurations, that kind of thing.
Can I upgrade to a retainer afterwards?
Often what starts as a Get Sorted session reveals enough ongoing needs that a Tier 1 (Digital Foundation) retainer makes more sense. Happy to talk it through after the session.
